If a substance has no clinical evidence to back up the bells and whistles, you should assume it doesn’t work. 99.9% of the time you will be correct. Basically, if supplements had to go through similar testing with clinical trials as pharmaceutical drugs must do, then sports/health product lines would significantly change.
